Processing Time

All orders are custom-made. Processing times vary based on current order volume and will be displayed at checkout or communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. A tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. CC Welding Caps is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is available and strongly recommended. Customers who decline shipping insurance assume full responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, CC Welding Caps is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Any claims regarding shipment issues must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

CC Welding Caps is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
