- Earn Reward Points on qualifying purchases and activities.
- Save your points and redeem them for discounts!

How to Earn Reward Points
Shop Online
Earn 1 Reward Point for every $1 spent on qualifying online purchases.
Points are based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts. Taxes and shipping charges do not earn points.
First-Order Bonus
Receive 5 additional Reward Points when you place your first qualifying order.
Birthday Bonus
Add your birthday to your rewards account at least one month in advance and receive 50 Reward Points on your birthday!
Your birthday can only be entered once, so please double-check the date before saving it.
Leave an Honest Review
Receive 25 Reward Points for leaving an honest product review through our review system. All honest feedback is welcome and appreciated!
Redeeming Your Reward Points
Once you collect 100 Reward Points, you can redeem them for $5 off a qualifying order.
- 100 Reward Points = $5 off
- A minimum purchase of $25 is required
- The reward applies to your entire merchandise order
- Rewards cannot be combined with another discount code
- Once issued, the $5 reward must be used within six months
When you redeem your points, you will receive a unique discount code for your account. Enter that code during checkout to receive your discount.
Checking Your Points Balance
Sign into your customer account and open the rewards button or Rewards page to view:
- Your current points balance
- Ways to earn more points
- Available rewards
- Your rewards activity
When Are Points Added?
Purchase points are added after an order is successfully paid. Please allow a little time for your balance to update.
If an order is canceled, refunded, or partially refunded, the corresponding points may be removed or adjusted.
Do Reward Points Expire?
Your unredeemed Reward Points currently do not expire. However, after you exchange 100 points for a $5 reward, the issued reward expires after six months.
Can Rewards Be Combined?
Reward discounts cannot be combined with another order, product, or shipping discount. This includes promotional discount codes. Choose the discount that gives you the best value at checkout!
Important Information
- Reward Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points cannot be transferred between customer accounts.
- Points are earned on qualifying online purchases only.
- Taxes and shipping charges do not earn points.
- Customers must use the correct email address to access their points and rewards.
- CC Welding Caps reserves the right to correct point balances in cases of canceled orders, refunds, errors, misuse, or suspected fraud.
- Reward terms may be updated as the program grows.
